As for the fish, the sauce blended well with the breading. It maintained the necessary crunch. It was far from ruinous. As for the cornbread, meh. Not a big cornbread fan. People do swear by it.</description>

		<description>I haven&#039;t been to Croakers in years, but I always get the fish boat with peppers.  But, now that I&#039;ve heard about the Buffalo version, I&#039;m still ordering the fish boat with peppers, but also a ramekin of that wing sauce on the side. The shelacking of hot sauce on your plate just looks ruinous for the fillets.  Oh, and you failed to mention the hot buttery corn bread.  Love that stuff.</description>
