		<description>You gravlax making idea stealing bastard. I&#039;d avoid wild salmon for both taste/texture and parasite reasons. Much lower chance of getting parasites from controlled-diet farmed atlantic salmon. Also higher fat makes it more the platonic ideal of fish bacon.</description>
