Honest to God the best meal in Richmond! Actually, one of the best meals in the world! I have been known to eat this for both lunch and dinner in a single day and many, many times in the same week. I've lived all over the country and traveled the world and this meal rivals anything I've eaten anywhere. Run, don’t walk, run back and try a Rice Noodle Salad with Beef and Crispy Roll!
